Youth Highland champions youth work and the achievements of young people.&nbsp; We help to identify the needs of young people and support them to bring about positive change in their lives.</p>

	We develop strong working partnerships with other organisations and projects working to improve opportunities for young people.</li>

	We provide young people, volunteers and youth workers with opportunities to gain new skills and make positive things happen within their own lives, clubs, organisations and wider communities.</li>
	<li><strong>INCLUSION</strong><br />
	We work to ensure the rights of all young people, regardless of background, race, gender, age, disability, religion or sexual orientation.&nbsp; We will enable maximum participation to ensure the contributions of marginalized groups are met by allowing the voices of all young people to be heard.</li>

	We are creative, forward thinking and flexible in our approach to providing opportunities to young people and volunteers and youth workers.</li>

	We seek to ensure that the service we offer to our members is of a high standard and offer support, information, training, resources and networking opportunities to enable them to deliver high quality youth work in their communities.</li>
