YASS - Young Applicants in School Scheme

These are Open University Higher Education modules normally open to motivated and able S6 students.

A YASS course can add breadth and depth to your school curriculum, enrich your academic profile and develop your learning skills. YASS modules are designed to bridge the gap between school and full-time university.

There are a number of modules available - see the OU catalogue for details. Typically a 15 point OU module can demand up to 5 hours study per week.

Contact your school's YASS Coordinator in the first instance for further information, approval and discussion re-funding.
