LEAD Scotland have updated and refreshed their guide, 'Post School Learning Choices in Scotland', for disabled learners and carers.
The new publication is a very comprehensive guide to the full range of learning options for people after school, up to further education level at college, including community learning, distance learning, vocational training, ESOL, employability programmes and further education at college. In the future LEAD Scotland plan to create new shorter and more easily understood fact sheets for people on various topics, next up will be a fact sheet on the Disabled Student's Allowance. The organisation would welcome suggestions for fact sheets dealing with common queries on learning related topics. They will also be updating a separate guide on Higher Education in Scotland in the near future.
