	Pentland Housing provides affordable housing solutions across Caithness, including: affordable rented housing, housing waiting list, paying rent, reporting repairs, building new houses for rent, managing houses for others, low cost home ownership, shared ownership, rural home ownership grant.</p>

	The Caithness Handyperson Service can provide practical help with small tasks around the home that may be difficult for you if you are old, or have a disability. If they cannot help you, they will give helpful advice on using tradesmen, or refer you to the Care and Repair scheme.</p>
