There are many people who live with mental health or cognitive problems. They find it a struggle to cope with day to day life. When a crisis occurs, they may not know where to turn for help. They might find it hard to ask for help. As part of the Welfare Rights Service, Mind-Full aims to help people within Ross & Cromarty who are in this situation.
Money advice and financial education to help you deal with your money, debt and budgeting. As part of the Money Advice Service, our aim is to provide guidance, information, support and representation to all residents within Ross and Cromarty.
