<p><p>The Isobel Rhind Centre is a purpose built resource, run by the NHS, for adults with a learning disability.</p>

<p>We are open Monday - Friday 8:45am - 4:15pm.</p>

<p>We are committed to providing a client led service and work with other agencies, professionals, carers and service users to ensure a safe, high quality environment.</p>

<p>Our aims and objectives are:</p>

<ul>
	<li>To enable our users to enjoy social, educational, recreational and cultural facilities both in the centre and in local communities thus creating a socially inclusive environment.</li>
	<li>To encourage and promote independence for all service users.</li>
	<li>To support all service users in a person centred way to enable them to reach their full potential.</li>
