<p><h3>What do we offer at Stage 4?</h3>

<p>At Stage 4 we offer the Information Communication Technology Employability Programme as part of the Skills Development Scotland employability fund provision.&nbsp; You will undertake a customised training opportunity linked to Cap Gemini recruitment needs, which focuses&nbsp;on up-skilling&nbsp;you on hardware and software systems,&nbsp;enhancing soft skills such as CV building and job interview techniques.</p>

<p>Cap Gemini will facilitate work placement opportunities working in a Technical Support role with progression routes to full time employment and potentially Modern Apprenticeships.</p>

<h3>Who can apply?</h3>

<p>This programme is suitable for anyone who is aged 18+ and is not in education, training or employment, but is ready to work.&nbsp; You will need to be within daily travelling distance of Inverness.</p>

<h3>What can you achieve?</h3>

<div>At Stage 4 you will work towards achieving Communication and Numeracy Core Skills to SCQF level 5 - which is the equivalent level to National 5, Intermediate 2 or&nbsp;Credit standard grade.</div>

<div>You will also study SQA units in hardware and software skills including, Computer Hardware Systems, Networking Fundamentals, Office and Personal Productivity Applications.</div>

<div>You will work on building a&nbsp;CV and learning effective interview techniques.</div>

<h3>Can I get a training allowance?</h3>

<p>If you are registered with the Job Centre you could receive a training allowance equal to your DWP benefit allowance. Other allowances may be available, please discuss with your referrer or with the College.</p>
