<h1>Developing the Young Workforce Regional Groups</h1>

<p><div>All Local Authorities in Scotland have DYW Regional Groups to support the <a href="http://hi-hope.org/directory/listing/developing-the-young-workforce-dyw">Developing the Youngforce</a>&nbsp;(DYW)&nbsp;agenda.&nbsp;</div>

<div>The Regional Groups are led and facilitated by local Chambers of Commerce in most Authorities. &nbsp;They&nbsp;work in partnership with the Local Authority, Schools, Colleges and young people, to help employers shape their future workforce and help better prepare young people for the world of work.</div>

<div>We have three Regional Groups in Highland:</div>

<div><strong>Inverness &amp; Central Highland:</strong></div>

<div>This Regional Group&nbsp;covers from Tain in the North and includes Easter Ross, Inverness &amp; Drumnadrochit, Nairn, Badenoch and Strathspey and is facilitated by the Inverness Chamber of Commerce.</div>
