	Your school and the Education Service need to keep information about you so that we can:&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
	<li>
		keep in touch with you and let you know about the services Highland Council provide for young adults</li>
	<li>
		make sure you get the right help, advice and support when you need it</li>
	<li>
		work more effectively with other agencies that provide services for young adults such as SDS and Youth Services</li>
</ul>
<p>
	We will ask your consent for this.&nbsp; You will be asked to complete a data consent form at school where you can agree for your data to be shared or request that it is not shared.</p>
<p>
	If you sign to give your consent, we only share this information with the relevant agencies.&nbsp; We do not sell or give your contact details to outside organisations who want to sell you something like memberships or products.<br />
	Your Guidance Teacher or 16+ Learning Choices Coordinator in school will give you further advice on data sharing.&nbsp;</p>
