The Corbett Centre is a NHS Highland Resource Centre located in the Merkinch Area, West District of Inverness, having a number of Adult Health & Social Care resources based within.
The Corbett Centre Day Care
This facility supports adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, communication difficulties and complex health needs, offering a Service to the Inverness and Nairn areas. We deliver person centred, outcomes focused support, which we provide through a variety of mediums. This includes in house group or individual activities, community themed activities and therapeutic activities.
We have a highly trained and motivated staff team whose aim is to maximise and sustain our Service User's full potential.
As a Service we have close links with our colleagues in Adult Health & Social Care, alongside working in partnership with secondary schools, primarily Drummond School in Inverness, on the transition from Children's to Adult Services.
