<p><h3>What do we offer at Stage 5?</h3>

<p>As an employer Calman runs a range of Social Enterprise businesses.&nbsp; We aim to employ young people who can continue to develop their work skills in a&nbsp;real work setting, while also becoming financially independent. Our employer liaison continues to be available, so that we can offer support to our employed staff who may wish to move on to external employment. We offer a range of qualifications so that individuals can continue to train and learn while in work.</p>

<p>We are continuing to develop further employment options, and at present have opportunities in catering, customer service, hospitality, production and retail.</p>

<h3>What can you achieve?</h3>

<p>As part of your employment you will have access to a range of vocational qualifications depending on your skills and interests.</p>

<h3>Could I get a training allowance?</h3>

<p>You will be taken on as an employee and will therefore receive a wage.</p>
