<p><p>At Calman, we provide a number of training opportunities in Inverness and Invergordon for young people aged 14 to 25.&nbsp; We have training centres where we run our life skills and employability programmes and you can gain real work experience in our&nbsp;businesses - Cafe Artysans and Ness Soaps.&nbsp; We will work with you to identify your goals and what you need to learn and do to achieve these.&nbsp;&nbsp;You&nbsp;will be assigned a Key Trainer who will&nbsp;be there to support and encourage you every step of the way.&nbsp;The Key Trainer will&nbsp;support&nbsp;you in managing any&nbsp;issues that&nbsp;prevent you from fully achieving independent living and getting and keeping a job.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>Calman&#39;s centres are SQA accreditted and during your time with us you can achieve a qualification.&nbsp; This&nbsp;includes SQA Retail, MA in Hospitality and MA in Kitchen Services.&nbsp;</p>
