<p><p>The Highland One Stop Shop (HOSS) is a free service for autistic adults aged 16 and over&nbsp;who live in the Highlands. as well as their families/carers and professionals.&nbsp; We offer a range of services:</p>

<ul>
	<li>1-1 appointments</li>
	<li>social groups/activities</li>
	<li>scheduled drop in times</li>
	<li>monthly newsletter and activities planner</li>
</ul>

<p>Anyone interested in using the services can drop in or book an appointment to meet with a member of staff, who will give you a brief induction to the services and resources which are available.&nbsp; You can phone or email, or get someone to come with you or do it for you.</p>
