<h1>Highland Council Employability Service - Youth Employment Service</h1>

<p><p>The Youth Employment Service, as part of the Council&rsquo;s Employability Service encompasses a range of provision including activity formally known as Activity Agreements.&nbsp;</p>

<p>At this current time, referrals are through the normal routes (usually through the School or SDS/Career advisors). On referral, a detailed employability assessment will be undertaken with each young person and employment goals identified and an action plan developed to help each young person in taking steps in their journey towards employment.</p>
